1. Specify the specification of drill collar: OD 
2. Specify the required overall length (If non-standard)
3. Specify the required ID (If non-standard)
4. Specify the specifications of thread connection: stress relief groove, rebuild benchmark or low-torque structure.
5.Elevator groove, slip groove, hardband or inner coating (Optional)
6. Cold rolling for thread root or stress relief groove, or thread makeup out requirements.
